Not By Chance was built on a simple belief: people living outside deserve to be seen, treated with dignity, and given more than a list of phone numbers.

We go out every two weeks.
If you have seen a camp or someone sleeping outside who may need help, you can tell us. This is a request for outreach and assistance. It is not a request to remove a camp or the people living there.
